Responsibilities
Construct, test, and deploy complex marketing automation solutions ensuring strict alignment with the broader architectural vision.
Serve as the primary technical escalation point for existing journeys and automations to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
Manage intricate data sets and integrations to guarantee seamless communication across the entire technological ecosystem.
Utilize advanced scripting languages to craft highly personalized and dynamic customer experiences.
Collaborate within a standard software development lifecycle by actively participating in sprints, code reviews, and comprehensive documentation efforts.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience within the marketing cloud platform acting as a developer or solutions architect.
Holding an official certification as a marketing cloud developer is strictly required.
Advanced proficiency in database querying for data views and automation logic.
Strong expertise in specific scripting languages such as Amscript and server-side JavaScript.
Deep understanding of platform architecture and proven experience working with application programming interfaces.
Demonstrated track record of managing complex data integrations and overarching data management strategies.
Familiarity with front-end fundamentals for email template manipulation is considered a strong asset.
General campaign management experience and exposure to the broader customer relationship management ecosystem are considered assets.
Fluency in English is mandatory to operate effectively within the team, while French and English bilingualism is a highly valued asset.
