We are seeking a highly seasoned Senior Software Developer - CRM to translate complex technical system specifications into robust, functioning, and fully tested public sector CRM applications. In this role, you will lead the hands-on configuration, development, and end-to-end integration of high-availability enterprise environments. Acting as a top-tier technical specialist, you will author detailed technical blueprints, resolve complex multi-system communication issues, and manage identity authentication protocols for highly sensitive data environments.

Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite, 7.25 hours per day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
Contract Duration: Initial contract assignment based on project milestones, with extension options determined solely by remaining contract value, unused days, and operational requirements.

Responsibilities
Application Development & Coding: Translate technical specifications into working software by writing high-quality code, maintaining data-driven programs, and developing programming metrics.
System Configuration & Deployment: Install, design, and configure complex public sector application environments utilizing automated deployment tools (such as Siebel ADM).
Multi-System Integration: Build, manage, and optimize complex data transformations and data exchanges across disparate external platforms using EAI, EIM, and Web Services.
Security & Access Implementation: Configure secure access frameworks including Directory Server integrations for Single Sign-On authentication and server-to-server data encryption protocols.
Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose, isolate, and resolve deep technical bugs, post-implementation defects, and performance bottlenecks within multi-tiered enterprise systems.
Technical Documentation: Author authoritative technical blueprints, data dictionaries, environment build-books, and step-by-step procedural support manuals.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate formal code reviews and design walkthrough sessions with technical leads, testers, database experts, and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
Must-Haves & Mandatory Requirements:
10+ years of deep, hands-on experience designing, solutioning, and configuring complex Siebel Public Sector (specifically 8.x) applications.
10+ years of experience configuring integrations with Siebel e-Services, Siebel Remote, Siebel EAI, EIM, SMARTScript, Web Services, and Siebel BI Publisher.
10+ years of experience integrating systems with enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions (such as OID, ONe-Key, GO-PKI, Public Secure, or Oracle OID).
10+ years of experience setting up secure infrastructure featuring Siebel ADM and server-to-server data encryption routines for highly sensitive datasets.
10+ years of experience troubleshooting and resolving critical errors within large-scale multi-system landscapes utilizing centralized identity tools.
Proven mastery of Oracle development methodologies, tools, and resources.
Demonstrated experience creating formal technical blueprints, build-books, and procedure manuals.
General & Desired Skills:
Strong proficiency with relational and hierarchical database structures, data transformation tools, and complex query languages.
Familiarity with Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodologies, Information Management principles, and internet-ready architecture patterns.
Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying application product installation and environmental deployment scripts.
General awareness of accessibility standards (such as AODA) and related design regulations as they pertain to system user interfaces.
