Responsibilities
Support business partners on the cloud platform to build and model a new data mart.
Act as an analyst to accurately identify and understand the data consumption needs of different end users.
Translate business requirements into clear and precise technical specifications.
Integrate and transform data using robust extraction, transformation, and loading techniques.
Provide second-level production support to ensure the stability of delivered solutions.
Keep abreast of technological trends and remain open to emerging technologies for code automation, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering, or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience.
5 to 8 years of overall experience in software development and data integration.
Strong technical experience with Snowflake cloud databases.
3 to 5 years of practical experience with Informatica solutions.
Strong experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL programming.
Solid understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading techniques for data warehouses and data marts.
Strong experience with SQL programming.
Experience with Data Vault modeling and relational data models.
Perfect bilingualism in French and English is required to communicate effectively across various teams.
Analytical mindset, versatility, autonomy, and technological curiosity.
Knowledge of the insurance or financial sector is considered an asset.
Experience with IICS, AWS S3, Lambda, JAVA, GIT, Jenkins, Business Objects, and Power BI is an asset.
