Responsibilities
Application Development: Translate complex technical system specifications into working, fully tested applications by writing and generating robust code and developing detailed programming specifications.
Dynamics 365 Configuration: Configure enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and execute system modifications to optimize document indexing and physical records management workflows.
Module Integration: Direct the configuration and addition of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Services into the core platform to fully support field investigation operations.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Compile data-driven programs, maintain source code repositories, and conduct rigorous unit testing to guarantee operational stability.
Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve and troubleshoot advanced technical problems arising during system use, production implementations, system conversions, and complex data migrations.
System Usability Enhancements: Implement user-centric system changes designed to streamline physical records management and digital indexing capabilities.
Qualifications
Core Software Engineering: Proven track record of transforming system architectures and technical specifications into functional, enterprise-grade applications.
Dynamics 365 Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 system configuration, with a specific focus on document management features or field operations modules.
Testing & Maintenance: Deep experience managing data-driven program compilation, regression tracking, and structured unit testing frameworks.
Data Migration & Support: Demonstrated capability to diagnose and remediate infrastructure or software package issues during critical migration and implementation phases.
Analytical Skills: Strong capability in systems analysis, technical documentation, and translating business workflows into clean system designs.
