Responsibilities
Platform Configuration & Customization: Design, develop, and implement configurations, extensions, and custom components within enterprise Customer Engagement modules.
Integration & Data Flow Engineering: Implement and support secure integrations between core applications, enterprise systems, and external software services using approved integration patterns.
Code Quality & Technical Standards: Write clean, maintainable, performant, and unit-tested code that adheres to quality, security, and operational standards.
Testing & Defect Triage Support: Assist system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) teams by diagnosing technical issues, validating data accuracy, and resolving software defects.
Deployment & Stabilization: Participate in release deployment activities and deliver technical support during post-go-live hypercare and stabilization phases to ensure long-term platform reliability.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Author technical design documentation, runbooks, and solution artifacts to facilitate knowledge transfer and sustainment operations.
Qualifications
Enterprise Application Development Seniority: 5+ years of progressive experience developing, customizing, and supporting complex enterprise applications, specifically including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) (Strictly Required).
Integration & Customization Mastery: Proven track record implementing complex configurations, custom code extensions, and data integrations within enterprise software architectures (Strictly Required).
Iterative & Post-MVP Delivery: Experience delivering software enhancements in iterative environments, including post-MVP solution evolution (Strictly Required).
Governance & Security Compliance: Demonstrated background developing applications within structured security frameworks and governance standards (Strictly Required).
Technical Stack Depth: Hands-on proficiency using development languages and tools such as C#, JavaScript, Power FX, Power Automate, and Dataverse extensibility.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, excellent technical documentation capabilities, and strong communication skills for team collaboration.
Preferred Assets:
Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) in data-interaction or integration contexts.
Familiarity with Azure cloud application hosting, DevOps principles, and automated CI/CD deployment pipelines.
