Responsibilities

Develop custom plugins, workflow assemblies, and platform extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Fx.
Implement and support secure integrations and data flows connecting Dynamics 365 CE with internal enterprise platforms, external applications, and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
Build pro-code batch ingestion and data processing pipelines using Azure-based services (Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, SSIS) and RESTful APIs to mitigate performance bottlenecks.
Produce unit-tested, performant, and maintainable code adhering to established architecture, security, and quality standards.
Support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) by diagnosing technical defects, validating data integrity, and optimizing code execution.
Participate in release deployment activities and provide post-go-live stabilization support to ensure platform reliability.
Author clear technical documentation, code comments, and configuration notes to support seamless knowledge transfer to operational teams.
Participate in build and release pipelines within CI/CD and DevOps environments, adhering to structured change management controls.
Qualifications
Core Requirements & Technical Capabilities
Enterprise Development Tenure: 5+ years of progressive experience developing and supporting enterprise applications, with a heavy concentration in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
Configuration & Customization Depth: Proven experience designing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE components, custom plugins, web resources, workflows, and Dataverse entity structures.
Programming Proficiency: Strong hands-on coding expertise in C# / .NET, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, Power Fx, and SQL.
Enterprise Integration & F&O Experience: Demonstrated experience implementing data flows, API-based integrations, and batch processing between Dynamics 365 CE and external platforms, with specific experience interacting with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) data structures.
Iterative & Post-MVP Delivery: Experience supporting enhancement-driven delivery frameworks, post-MVP solution evolutions, and continuous application improvements.
