Responsibilities
Design and build scalable backend services and APIs
Develop and maintain microservices architectures
Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Work with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) for deployment and orchestration
Contribute to and improve CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable releases
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance in production
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Participate in system design discussions and contribute to technical decisions
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in backend software development
Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Golang, Python, or Java)
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Experience working with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
Solid understanding of distributed systems / microservices architecture
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Ability to debug and troubleshoot issues in production environments
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Nice to have:
Experience with time-series databases (e.g., InfluxDB, QuestDB)
Familiarity with caching technologies (e.g., Redis)
Experience in data-intensive or real-time systems
Previous exposure to DevOps / SRE practices
Summary
We are looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to drive pipeline growth and market expansion across the PJM region (U.S. energy market). This role will focus on developing and executing targeted, account-based marketing strategies to engage large commercial and industrial energy users.
You will work closely with sales and cross-functional teams to build and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and support expansion into a highly specialized and regulated energy market.
