Responsibilities

- Standardization: Identify reusable components and quality level metrics to streamline development across distributed environments.
Qualifications
Core Expertise:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with specialized Social Program Management CRM platforms.
- Proven record in CRM development and providing technical architectural support.
- Expertise in multi-tier application infrastructure design for large corporate implementations.
Project & Business Mastery:
- Experience in effort estimation, project planning, and risk/issue management.
- Strong background in business requirement analysis and options analysis.
- Ability to present complex technical solutions to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
DevOps & Infrastructure:
