Responsibilities
End-to-End Solution Ownership: Lead, define, and govern complex, multi-system architectures across application, data, integration, infrastructure, and security domains in a large, distributed environment.
Dynamics 365 Architecture Strategy: Formulate blueprints integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O) systems with modern Dataverse and Power Platform ecosystems.
Integration & Interface Engineering: Design secure enterprise integration patterns, overseeing real-time, asynchronous, event-driven, and API-based data pipelines connecting legacy environments, external apps, and Azure data lakes.
Architectural Refactoring & Optimization: Direct solution evolution post-go-live, introducing architectural optimizations for scaling, capacity planning, performance tuning, and structural resilience.
Governance & Compliance Leadership: Facilitate and present technical blueprints at applicable enterprise architecture review boards and security clearance forums, ensuring strict compliance with public-sector frameworks.
Risk & Lifecycle Management: Proactively identify architectural limitations or data integrity risks during delivery, building robust mitigation strategies without compromising delivery constraints or aggressive timelines.
Cross-Functional Advisory: Provide technical leadership to development squads and external vendors. Translate highly complex cloud architectural concepts into actionable technical directions for stakeholders.
Qualifications
Core Seniority: Minimum of 8 years of enterprise solution architecture experience, with a significant track record of leading and governing Microsoft Dynamics 365-based implementations.
Transformation Scale: Proven experience driving multi-year IT modernization or large-scale legacy migration programs.
Technical Breadth: Deep conceptual knowledge of Azure-based hosting, cloud integration layers, data warehouses, and reporting analytics platforms.
Methodology & Governance: Extensive experience operating within highly structured architecture checkpoints, security standards registries, and change-control environments (preferably within the public sector).
Strategic Trade-off Analysis: Proven ability to analyze architectural options, balance functional needs against non-functional realities (security, performance, supportability), and manage technical debt.
Interpersonal Skills: Elite documentation and consultation skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish technical consensus across distributed delivery groups without direct managerial authority.
