Enterprise Platform Architecture: Define and govern the structural design and interactions of CRM systems, establishing reusable solution components, security boundaries, and technical quality metrics across distributed environments.
Solution & Integration Design: Design scalable enterprise integration architectures using Azure Integration Services, API Management, MuleSoft, and event-driven patterns to connect CRM platforms with core business applications.
Power Platform & Extension Engineering: Architect Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power Pages portals, PCF Controls, custom APIs, and Azure-hosted components.
Data & Security Modeling: Design complex Dataverse schemas, common data models, and multi-tenant security architectures—including business units, role-based access controls, and Microsoft Entra ID authentication.
Technical Architecture Governance: Author essential architecture deliverables, including Solution Architecture Documents, Physical/Logical Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Security Designs, and Technology Decision Records.
Stakeholder Facilitation & Advisory: Lead architecture review sessions, present solution options and risk assessments to governance committees, and provide strategic advisory to executive leads and project stakeholders.
Engineering Mentorship: Provide technical direction, code review guidance, and architectural oversight to delivery teams across all project implementation phases.
Qualifications
Dynamics 365 Architecture Seniority: Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architecture, including end-to-end design, implementation, customization, and platform governance (Strictly Required).
Power Platform Mastery: Proven experience designing and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Business Process Flows (Strictly Required).
Azure Cloud Architecture: Deep experience architecting Azure-based enterprise solutions, leveraging Azure Integration Services, App Services, Functions, API Management, and cloud-native components (Strictly Required).
Enterprise Integration Design: Demonstrated experience designing enterprise integration architectures and scalable integration patterns across disparate platforms (Strictly Required).
