Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Designer CRM to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of complex, large-scale enterprise customer relationship management applications. In this role, you will analyze business requirements and author comprehensive functional and non-functional technical specifications. You will blend advanced Oracle Siebel CRM systems with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) technologies to deliver robust, high-performance web and data solutions that align perfectly with enterprise security, capacity, and architectural standards.

Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite, 7.25 hours per day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
Contract Duration: Initial contract assignment based on project lifecycle, with extension options determined solely by remaining contract value, unused days, and operational necessity.

Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Hosting Design: Undertake the design of robust application hosting technology solutions based on client service specifications, data policies, best practices, and enterprise cost models.
Requirements & Documentation: Gather client business requirements and corporate information mandates to develop detailed business design documents, technical specifications, and functional/non-functional requirements.
System Evaluation & Optimization: Conduct ongoing capacity, performance, and condition assessments of existing CRM systems; perform cost/benefit analyses and deliver recommendations for expansions, renovations, or legacy replacements.
Strategic Roadmap Support: Advise on both short- and long-term CRM solution development activities, helping to align ongoing initiatives with broader corporate IT strategic plans.
Migration & Deployment Planning: Create comprehensive technical frameworks for the secure installation, performance testing, deployment, and seamless migration of large, integrated multi-service applications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with project managers, development teams, and business units to resolve technical hurdles, ensure project deadlines are met, and preserve system quality.
Qualifications
Must-Haves & Mandatory Requirements:
7+ years of deep experience designing solutions and implementing systems using Oracle Siebel CRM.
7+ years of deep experience designing solutions and implementing digital experiences using Adobe AEM technologies.
Extensive experience authoring Business Design Documents, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements for large-scale IT environments.
Demonstrated ability to develop and present entirely new concepts, conceptualize unique technical approaches, and design intricate, multi-tiered CRM systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including advanced analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation capabilities.
Solid knowledge of core database technologies, infrastructure security/recovery protocols, programming languages, and network communication protocols.
Familiarity with baseline project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK), analytical modeling frameworks, and strict project deadlines.
Preferred & Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience working with a Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Model is a highly regarded asset.
Prior experience ensuring that corporate Quality Assurance (QA) standards are strictly established, followed, and maintained throughout the delivery cycle.
