As a principal solutions designer, you will bridge the gap between business requirements, enterprise architects, development teams, and security leads. Operating fully onsite in Toronto, you will lead full SDLC activities—translating functional specifications into low-level design artifacts, guiding microservice and containerized cloud implementations, incorporating healthcare data exchange standards, and ensuring physical application deployments adhere to strict security and data privacy baselines. Guide development teams on front-end and back-end stack implementations using JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Angular, Spring Framework, Quarkus, Node.JS, HTML5, and CSS3.
Integrate healthcare data exchange standards, ensuring application architectures conform to Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) specifications.
Establish automated build processes and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines within Agile and Azure DevOps environments.
Perform application performance tuning, diagnose technical bottlenecks, and recommend end-to-end performance optimization strategies.
Partner with security architects and privacy SMEs to ensure application designs and physical deployments meet required security baselines and data privacy standards.
Collaborate with enterprise architects to produce consistent object models, data models, interface definitions, and architectural artifacts.
Work alongside infrastructure, deployment, and operational teams to define physical deployment topologies and runbooks.
Oversee solution testing, installation, and post-implementation system monitoring to ensure overall system quality and performance.
Monitor project progress, manage technical risks and issues, and deliver regular status updates to management decision-makers.

Technical Design Mastery: Proven experience as a technical design specialist expertly coordinating the design, development, and enhancement of complex, large-scale, high-risk technology solutions.
Cloud & Containerization: Demonstrated experience utilizing cloud-based technologies, microservices architectures, containerization, and orchestration platforms.
Healthcare Data Exchange Standards: Working knowledge and practical experience with healthcare data exchange standards, specifically Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR).
Multi-Language & Framework Depth: Hands-on development and design experience in one or more core languages and frameworks, including JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Angular (9+), Angular Material, Spring Framework, Quarkus, Node.JS, HTML5, and CSS3.
