Responsibilities
- Technical Analysis & Design: Lead business analysis to assess problems and opportunities, transforming them into detailed system requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Environment & Release Management: Oversee technical code drops into QA/UAT/Production environments and lead the maintenance of environment readiness (Security patching, NSG/Network, VPN, and VDI access).
- Cloud Infrastructure Support: Provide expertise in Azure hosting optimization, cloud pipeline configuration, and deployment support using Terraform and Ansible.
- Quality Assurance Coordination: Coordinate technical support for QA and UAT testing, including the completion of desktop package certification and legacy component connections.
- Service Management: Lead activities across the ITIL spectrum, including Release and Deployment, Change Management, Problem and Incident Management, and Capacity Management.
- Stakeholder Management: Work in partnership with clients and solution architects to facilitate agreement on technical enhancements and resolve system-wide issues.
- Documentation: Contribute subject matter expertise to solution concept documents, infrastructure build plans, and technical specifications for performance-integrated systems.
Qualifications
- Senior BA Experience: 10+ years leading business analysis, assessing client problems, and documenting requirements. Skilled in creating UML diagrams (Use Case, Activity, Class, Sequence) to visualize requirements.
- SDLC Mastery: Comprehensive understanding of Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile methodologies.
- Technical Stack: Senior-level experience with Oracle, .NET, Java, AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), and Siebel.
- Automation & DevOps: Practical experience with DevOps toolsets, SonarQube, Terraform, and Ansible automation.
- Standards & Compliance: Knowledge of GO-ITS 25 (Security) and GO-ITS 56 (Architecture) standards, as well as OPS gating and architecture checkpoint processes.
- Systems Evaluation: Experience assessing the condition and capacity of existing systems to determine feasibility for expansion or replacement.
