Qualifications
Core Technical Seniority: 10+ years of progressive professional experience operating as a Systems Analyst or Solutions Designer within complex, high-governance IT environments.
Java & SOA Integration Expertise: Proven, hands-on master-level experience designing and implementing Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) systems within a Java/J2EE framework, coupled with robust API and Oracle Database integrations.
Interface & Wireframe Design: Extensive experience creating, managing, and refining user interface wireframes directly derived from complex Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
