Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and advise on testing strategies, comprehensive test plans, and identification of necessary resources for high-priority projects.

- Accessibility Leadership: Lead AODA Compliance Audits and remediation efforts using industry-standard tools to ensure all applications are accessible and compliant with legislative standards.
- Technical Integration: Validate complex interfaces involving ReadyAPI, Web Services, and APIs, ensuring seamless communication between cloud-based platforms and legacy mainframe environments.
- Database & Platform Support: Perform data validation across various databases including IMS, DB2, SQL, and Oracle, and support applications built on .NET and Java technologies.
- Defect Management: Identify, track, and resolve complex technical issues using enterprise test management tools such as Azure DevOps and Microfocus ALM.
- Methodology Alignment: Work fluently across Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps environments, supporting continuous integration and rapid delivery cycles.
Qualifications
- Senior Testing Mastery: 10+ years of experience in planning, organizing, and implementing enterprise-wide testing efforts.
- Tool Proficiency: Extensive experience with Azure DevOps and Microfocus ALM 12.5. Hands-on expertise with AODA audit tools like AXE and WAVE.
- Modern Stack Experience: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud technology and DevOps methodologies.
- Legacy & Integration Knowledge: Experience with mainframe tools (TSO/SPF), payment gateway services, and legacy system interfaces.
- API & Web Services: Proficiency in testing ReadyAPI, Web Services, and API functionality.
- Compliance Expertise: Demonstrated success in conducting AODA Compliance Audit & Remediation for large-scale applications.
