Defect Lifecycle Management: Oversee structural error logging and risk escalation pathways using industry tracking repositories, including Azure DevOps, JIRA, ALM, and Bugzilla.
Digital Accessibility Auditing: Validate front-end interaction designs against regional standards and regulations to ensure strict AODA and WCAG AA compliance.

Qualifications
Core Quality Engineering Seniority: 5 to 10+ years of progressive professional experience in software quality assurance, technical analysis, and full-lifecycle system testing.
Advanced Automation & Scripting: Proven hands-on proficiency designing, debugging, and maintaining automated testing scripts paired with robust manual exploratory execution methods.
Decoupled API Verification Toolkit: Demonstrated, specialized experience testing backend components, specifically Windows services and Web API layers using Postman, ThunderClient, and Swagger.
Performance Testing Tooling: Direct technical experience setting up performance metrics, stress modeling, and system load tracking with LoadRunner or equivalent engines.
