Responsibilities
Develop, document, and maintain master test strategies, comprehensive test plans, scenarios, test scripts, and test data.
Plan, organize, and execute full-lifecycle testing for enterprise systems across GUI and non-GUI environments.
Perform functional, systems integration (SIT), non-functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Design, build, and execute automated test scripts and frameworks using Selenium, alongside Postman for API testing.
Plan and execute performance, stress, and load testing scenarios utilizing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
Perform accessibility auditing and compliance validation in line with AODA and WCAG standards.
Log, track, and triage software defects using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools, partnering with IT leads and development teams to ensure prompt resolution.
Perform backend data validation by writing database queries in SQL and Oracle environments.
Support continuous quality validation by integrating test automation suites into CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
Software Testing Seniority: 10+ years of experience in software testing within enterprise-level IT environments and large-scale systems (Strictly Required).
Manual & Automated QA Expertise: Hands-on experience with manual testing as well as planning and developing automated test frameworks (Strictly Required).
Test Automation Tools: Proven experience creating automated test scripts using Selenium and conducting API testing with Postman (Strictly Required).
Performance Testing Tools: Direct experience executing performance and stress tests using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar platforms (Strictly Required).
Methodologies & Accessibility: Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, alongside hands-on experience in AODA accessibility testing (Strictly Required).
Database & Technical Skills: Proficiency with databases (SQL, Oracle), defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, or GitLab).
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical problem-solving, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight project timelines.
