Responsibilities
Test Strategy & Execution: Plan, organize, and execute comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases across functional, non-functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing phases.
CRM & Web Application Testing: Conduct specialized quality assurance testing for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions and web-based enterprise applications.
ETL & Data Validation: Perform data analysis, complete source-to-target data comparisons using SQL queries, and validate end-to-end ETL processing for data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
Defect Lifecycle Management: Identify, log, track, and manage software defects through resolution using Azure DevOps, collaborating closely with developers and business analysts to perform root-cause analysis.
Business Intelligence Testing: Perform data verification, functional testing, and integration testing for Business Intelligence products and reporting tools.
Accessibility & Performance QA: Validate web application compliance with accessibility standards (AODA) and execute stress, load, performance, and smoke testing.
Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in daily scrum stand-ups, requirement walkthroughs, sprint reviews, and co-creation workshops to ensure quality across the iterative development lifecycle.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed testing artifacts—including test plans, execution metrics, and defect status reports—to communicate QA outcomes regularly to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Web-Based QA Seniority: 8+ years of web-based system testing and quality assurance experience across functional, integration, regression, performance, and accessibility testing (Strictly Required).
ETL & BI Testing: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Business Intelligence (BI) products and end-to-end ETL data validation using SQL (Strictly Required).
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Testing: 3+ years of hands-on experience performing solution testing on Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications (Strictly Required).
Defect Management & Tools: Demonstrated experience managing testing lifecycles, test artifacts, and bug tracking using Azure DevOps or equivalent ALM tools (Strictly Required).
Data Verification Skills: Strong SQL writing capabilities to execute complete source-to-target data comparisons, format verification, and backend data integrity checks.
Accessibility Standards: Knowledge and practical testing experience enforcing digital accessibility guidelines (such as AODA).
