Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, owners, and technical leads to build comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and acceptance criteria.
Execute manual and automated quality assurance testing across web-based UI, functional, non-functional, integration, regression, unit, load, performance, and accessibility testing phases.
Design and execute end-to-end data migration and ETL test plans, validating data extraction and transformation using SQL and PL/SQL tools.
Develop, organize, and manage manual test scripts, automated test cases, and test data across both front-end and back-end application environments.
Record, track, prioritize, and manage defects through root-cause analysis and resolution using Azure DevOps, ensuring complete bug lifecycle documentation.
Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to evaluate test results against sprint increment acceptance criteria.
Validate web application compliance with accessibility standards (such as AODA) using specialized testing tools.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies—including requirement elicitation workshops, sprint reviews, daily stand-ups, and walkthroughs—to ensure end-to-end software quality.
Qualifications
Enterprise QA Seniority: Proven experience in quality assurance and systems testing on large, complex application development projects, preferably web-based applications (Strictly Required).
Cloud & Systems Analysis: Demonstrated experience in business and systems analysis operating within an enterprise cloud environment (Strictly Required).
SQL/PLSQL Data Validation: Proven hands-on experience using SQL/PLSQL tools to query, review, extract, and analyze database records (Strictly Required).
End-to-End ETL & Migration Testing: Proven experience developing end-to-end data migration ETL test plans, integration workflows, functional scenarios, UI, regression, performance, load, and stress testing plans (Strictly Required).
Azure DevOps Proficiency: Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps (or equivalent) to author complete test scripts, manage user stories, and drive defect tracking lifecycles (Strictly Required).
Accessibility Standards: Knowledge and practical testing experience executing accessibility test plans (AODA) using dedicated testing tools.
