Our client, a Quebec-based company and one of the largest distributors in its field, is currently looking for a temporary Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the existing team.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have full autonomy in performing the following responsibilities:
- You will play an important advisory role with managers;
- You will attract the best candidates by improving the organization's visibility through social networks, on the Web, and other distribution channels;
- You will develop and offer a unique candidate experience;
- You will be part of a collaborative team where mutual support is in our DNA;
- You will be in charge of the complete recruitment cycle for the open positions assigned to you.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role possesses the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruitment;
- Perfectly fluent in English - since the majority of the roles to be recruited will be for Anglophone provinces, specifically the Prairie Provinces and Western Canada;
- Ability to influence, autonomy, and strong priority management skills.
