As a senior technology architect, you will bridge the gap between executive vision, business objectives, and enterprise IT infrastructure. Operating fully onsite in Toronto, you will lead current-state product and service assessments, conduct strategic options analyses and cost-benefit evaluations, author comprehensive business cases, and present decision-support materials to governance bodies. This position demands a strategic architecture authority who can engage stakeholders, navigate hybrid cloud and on-premises technologies, and formulate actionable modernization roadmaps.

Develop detailed business cases, investment analyses, and decision-support materials for executive decision-makers.
Facilitate interactive workshops and collaborative sessions with business, technical, and executive stakeholders to define strategic direction, requirements, and success metrics.
Present strategic recommendations, formal business cases, and implementation roadmaps to senior leadership and enterprise governance bodies.
Produce strategic planning artifacts, briefing presentations, technical reports, and governance documentation to support technology modernization initiatives.
Qualifications
Core Requirements & Technical Architecture
Technical Architect Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Technical/Technology Architect with proven expertise in enterprise strategy development.
Strategic Options & Investment Analysis: Minimum 5+ years of demonstrated experience conducting strategic options analyses, stakeholder engagement, jurisdictional scans, cost-benefit analyses, and investment assessments.
Hybrid Environment Architecture: Hands-on experience developing enterprise architecture and strategies for hybrid environments (cloud and on-premises infrastructure).
Enterprise Roadmaps & Business Cases: Proven track record authoring enterprise digital strategies, technology roadmaps, and business cases for large, complex IT environments.
Preferred Assets & Leadership Attributes
Executive Communication: Demonstrated ability to communicate, simplify, and present complex strategic and technical concepts to executive audiences and governance committees.
Stakeholder Facilitation: Strong workshop facilitation and negotiation skills to align diverse business, technical, and leadership partners.
