Training Needs Assessment: Lead and conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify the learning requirements of all end-users, aligning with established change management practices.
Curriculum & Content Development: Design a comprehensive training curriculum and develop a variety of training materials, including user guides, facilitation materials, and online modules, utilizing e-learning authoring tools.
Project Management: Provide project management expertise to support the training initiative, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines and milestones.
Training Delivery: Facilitate or support classroom and virtual training sessions, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for participants.
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Conduct evaluations of the training initiative to measure effectiveness and identify areas for continuous learning and support.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, stakeholder working groups, and project teams to determine training needs and develop relevant curriculum.
Communication & Liaison: Act as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, presenting complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Issue Management: Proactively manage and escalate issues in a timely and effective manner, providing clear analysis and options for problem resolution.

Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge of adult education theories, principles, and practices, with extensive experience in facilitating adult learning programs using various delivery methods.
Experience: Proven experience leading training needs assessments, designing comprehensive curricula, and developing a variety of training materials.
Highly proficient with e-learning authoring tools, learning management systems (LMS), and MS Office Suite.
In-depth knowledge and experience with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), 2005.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
