Flexible hybrid work schedule home/office
Pay ranges from 70$/hr to 75$/hr

Responsibilities
- Oversee all contracts and negotiations with current and new Delivery-Driver partners (Carrier relations)
- Ensure all Delivery partners are in compliance with legal and company standards
- Manage the contract driver permits and documents
- Driver payments, invoices and claims management
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in contractor relations, logistics, or transportation industry.
- Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements for independent contractors.
- Ability to analyze performance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Bilingual (French and English) preferred.
