Responsibilities
Discovery & User Research: Facilitate project kick-off sessions, map stakeholder ecosystems, develop user personas, write interview scripts, and synthesize research findings into actionable reports.
Prototyping & Design Sprints: Design interactive, "clickable" prototypes for multiple design concepts, run design sprints, and rapidly iterate solutions based on user feedback.
Agile Integration (Beta Phase): Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups, delivering validated user stories, wireframes, and UI designs one iteration ahead of development.
Accessibility & Usability Testing: Conduct regular usability testing sessions and perform accessibility reviews to ensure digital products comply with WCAG 2.1 Level A & AA standards.
Live Operations & Continuous Improvement: Monitor product analytics, research live user behavior, and continuously refine features post-launch.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product owners, business analysts, and full-stack developers to translate business goals into intuitive visual designs and technical service blueprints.
Qualifications
UX Design & Responsive Architecture: Extensive experience applying UX design best practices to construct complex responsive, mobile-first web applications (Strictly Required).
Agile Product Delivery: 3+ years of experience participating in complex software projects using user-centered design processes within Agile (Scrum) frameworks (Strictly Required).
User Research & Usability Testing: Proven experience planning, facilitating, and synthesizing user research interviews, usability testing sessions, and research reports (Strictly Required).
UX Prototyping Toolset: High proficiency with industry-standard UX software such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, Adobe Creative Cloud, JustInMind, or Zeplin (Strictly Required).
Stakeholder Facilitation: Exceptional communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to explain design rationale and facilitate alignment workshops.
Nice-to-Have Assets:
Formal degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Usability, or Technical Writing.
Familiarity with front-end code (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/React/Angular) or web accessibility testing frameworks.
