Responsibilities
• Support Service Coordinators with day-to-day administrative tasks and service call management.
• Make follow-up calls to confirm completion of service and gauge client satisfaction.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional communication.
• Help identify and onboard new service providers to strengthen our national service network.
• Maintain organized records and provide administrative support, including basic accounting tasks.
• Check, prepare, and process invoices for clients.
• Create, tag, and match purchase orders (POs).
• Follow up with trades for outstanding invoices.
• Track jobs and enter all related financial data into CTRL (ERP system).
• Utilize time management skills to meet deadlines and support multiple service coordinators.
Qualifications
Strong bilingual communication skills – both verbal and written
English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis
Experience in a construction setting an asset
Experience in a service setting
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Versatile and flexible under high pressure situations
Provide direction and solutions to technician’s who are handling the service call
Ability to develop strong relationships with both internal and external resources
Strong organizational skills
Has good negotiation skills
