This is a 100% back-office processing role with absolutely no telephone or customer-facing call work involved. In this position, you will operate as an individual contributor, executing high-volume data verification and documentation tasks within a highly structured, supportive environment. Responsibilities
Receive daily processing assignments from Team Leads and execute tasks independently within established timelines.
Review, audit, and approve high-volume financial and source documents (e.g., bills, sales reports, transactions) to ensure total compliance.
Input, verify, and correct data fields using internal computer applications and systems with high speed and precision.
Audit activity logs and completed work to ensure zero-defect documentation.
Access and securely manage internal partner and customer database information in strict accordance with privacy guidelines.
Collaborate effectively during brief morning huddles and share progress updates with your team leadership.
Qualifications
Must-Have Hard Skills:
Industry Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience working within a banking or financial services environment.
Data Mastery: Proven experience with accurate data entry, demonstrating both high speed and exceptional precision.
Attention to Detail: A flawless track record of catching documentation errors, auditing source documents, and ensuring data integrity.
Soft Skills & Attributes:
Independence: Ability to manage your own time, stay organized, and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional internal alignment.
Adaptability: A flexible approach to evolving workflows and structured performance metrics.
Education & Experience:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required (Post-secondary education is an asset).
Proficient with standard corporate computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Note: Candidates with a history of stable, long-term tenure in previous roles are highly preferred.
