In this 100% back-office role, you will provide critical operational support by reviewing, processing, and validating high-volume financial transactions (including Money Market and FX products). Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Potential for overtime)

Responsibilities
Transaction Processing: Accurately review, process, and validate daily high-volume transactions (e.g., Loans, Deposits, Swaps, Options, and Foreign Exchange spots/forwards) in line with strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Productivity Tracking: Manage and track your daily queue and productivity metrics, maintaining speed and efficiency without sacrificing accuracy.
Risk & Confidentiality: Safely handle highly sensitive customer data and financial information, ensuring strict adherence to compliance framework rules and the Bank Code of Conduct.
Process Improvement: Utilize your advanced analytical skills to identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process or macro enhancements.
Team Collaboration: Actively participate in weekly team alignment meetings (approx. 2 hours/week) to discuss volumes, updates, and deliverables.
Qualifications
Must-Have Hard Skills:
Education: University undergraduate degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a business-related field).
Excel & Macro Mastery: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including a strong familiarity with macro processes and navigating complex spreadsheets.
Systems Proficiency: Strong overall MS Office Suite skills and the ability to learn new software programs quickly.
Experience: While 5–7 years of overall professional maturity is ideal, 1–2 years of direct experience in a Trade Processing/Operations role (specifically dealing with cash products) is highly valued.
Soft Skills & Background Attributes:
Business Maturity: Proven discretion and integrity when handling highly sensitive and confidential customer data.
Meticulous Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for spotting discrepancies in repetitive, high-volume data streams.
Strong Communication: Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills for internal team collaboration.
Work History Stability: A consistent, reliable career history (no recent history of job-hopping).
Mindset: A proactive "go-getter" who is loyal, eager to learn, and goal-oriented.
Nice-to-Have Assets:
Holding or pursuing a CPA or CSC (Canadian Securities Course) designation.
Prior knowledge of Global and WSS financial platforms.
