If you have solid warehouse experience, an active Forklift license, and are looking for a straight day shift with your weekends off, this is a fantastic opportunity to secure a stable role with a clear path toward permanent employment.
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday to Friday (Straight Days!)
Pay Rate: $23.00/hour

Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving: Accurately receive inbound freight, stage materials, and prepare outgoing shipments.
Forklift Operation: Safely operate a sit-down counterbalance forklift to unload trailers, transport stock, and handle putaways in the warehouse.
Material Handling: Perform heavy physical work, including moving, organizing, and lifting raw materials or finished products up to 50 lbs.
Inventory Tracking: Use an RF scanner and basic computer/inventory systems to precisely locate, log, and track materials.
Team Collaboration: Work comfortably both independently and as part of a collaborative, indoor logistics team.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of shipping and receiving experience, combined with 2–3 years of solid counterbalance experience.
Certifications: Must possess a valid Forklift License. Experience operating a Reach truck is considered a major asset.
Technical Skills: Proven experience using RF scanners. Basic computer skills are required to navigate the inventory system.
Physical Stamina: Ability to handle a physically demanding job, including frequent manual lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Safety & Reliability: Must possess your own CSA-approved safety shoes, a great attitude, and a strong willingness to learn.
Logistics: Reliable transportation is required as the facility is not on a bus route.
