Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will focus on precision and coordination:
Logistics: Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with carriers and distribute packages to internal departments.
Validation: Compare received goods with purchase orders, verify weights, and inspect the condition of products.
Documentation: Manage shipping documents (bills of lading, invoices), record missing goods, and maintain the shipping log.
Handling: Place merchandise on pallets, attach delivery instructions and identification information to containers.
Compliance: Operate strictly according to FSSC22000, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), EcoCert, and Kosher (MK) standards.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 to 6 years in a similar role for direct access to a permanent position (3 years for a temporary contract).
Technical Skills: Proven operational experience operating a forklift.
Computer Skills: Proficiency with an ERP system and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Standards: Ability to work in a regulated environment (Food/Quality).
Assets: WHMIS and Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certifications.
Stable, punctual candidate capable of working independently (introverted profiles welcome).
