Position: Shipper Receiver
Shift: Day shifts with possibility of overtime
Salary: $21 - $22 per hour
Location: Dorval

Responsibilities
• Execute standard shipping responsibilities, including the precise picking, staging, and preparing orders for daily transport.
• Verify and complete correct documentation for all outgoing orders to ensure flawless shipping accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct thorough quality checking on incoming orders and raw roofing materials, noting and reporting any discrepancies or damages.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely to load and unload transport vehicles within the Dorval facility.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering strictly to occupational health and safety regulations in manufacturing & logistics.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a shipping role, receiving role, or similar warehouse position.
• Equivalent experience in an industrial or distribution environment.
• Prior experience or familiarity with the roofing industry or building materials is considered a strong asset.
• Steel-toed safety boots are mandatory for this manufacturing & logistics environment.
• Strong attention to detail for quality checking incoming orders and reviewing paperwork.
• Excellent organizational skills required for preparing orders and managing multiple outgoing shipments simultaneously.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines within a fast-paced roofing industry environment.
• Robust physical stamina to handle standard shipping responsibilities, including lifting and moving industrial roofing products.
• Team player mindset with strong problem-solving skills to optimize shipping and receiving workflows.
