Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
Cloud Transformation: Lead the migration of legacy AWS systems to Azure Fabric and contribute to the OneLake architecture.
Pipeline Development: Design, optimize, and maintain complex ETL/ELT pipelines.
Technical Leadership: Mentor data engineers and lead the technical aspects of transformation projects.
Ops & Support: Provide operational maintenance and support for current production systems on AWS.
SQL Expertise: Develop advanced stored procedures, triggers, and functions in Snowflake and Azure SQL.
DevOps Culture: Ensure the reliability of data solution deployments by orchestrating CI/CD processes with Docker and Jenkins.
Qualifications
You possess the following skills:
6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in data engineering.
Advanced proficiency in Azure (Fabric is a major asset) and a good working knowledge of AWS.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL tools.
Solid understanding of software engineering principles applied to data (Frameworks, Data Warehouse design).
Bilingualism in English is essential (daily collaboration with the United States); French is an asset.
Excellent communication skills, natural leadership, and a collaborative approach.
