In this advanced technical role, you will serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable, high-performance web applications and backend microservices. You will leverage your extensive full-stack mastery to bridge responsive user interfaces with secure, robust service layers. Operating within a mature engineering ecosystem, you will collaborate closely with internal development squads to architecture new features, optimize application performance, and pioneer modern software delivery standards.
Duration: 1-Year Contract
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Currently 2 to 3 days per week on-site at the corporate office, with a planned transition up to 4 days in-office in the future. Thursday is the required anchor day, with the remaining in-office days offering flexible scheduling).

Responsibilities
Full-Stack Feature Engineering: Lead the end-to-end design, clean coding, and deployment of secure backend APIs using Java / Spring Boot and dynamic, interactive frontend user interfaces using Angular.
Microservices Architecture: Design, build, and optimize microservices layers to ensure low-latency data processing and seamless third-party service connections.
Technical Collaboration & Alignment: Spend 2-3 hours per day participating in standard Agile/Scrum touchpoints, architecture code reviews, backlog grooming sessions, and developer alignments.
Framework Optimization: Maintain high code quality standards by writing comprehensive unit tests, debugging complex software errors, and executing performance-tuning initiatives across the application stack.
Documentation & Governance: Maintain structured technical runbooks, component specifications, and deployment logs to enable clean software release readiness.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 8+ years of progressive professional experience operating as a Senior Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer within large enterprise environments.
Backend Mastery: Direct, expert-level hands-on development experience building enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Frontend Proficiency: Solid, referenceable production experience structuring modern, responsive modular web architectures using Angular.
Soft Skills: Superior written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal capability to align smoothly with internal technical peers. Must be a self-motivated self-starter, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt quickly to changing project environments.
Nice-to-Have Skills & Assets
Prior professional software engineering experience working within a Banking or Financial Institution.
Hands-on development experience implementing Enterprise-Level Artificial Intelligence (AI) features or utilizing AI-assisted development tools.
Practical relational database configuration experience leveraging MySQL.
Holding active technical cloud or emerging tech credentials, such as Azure or AI Certifications.
