Responsibilities
Build & Scale: Plan, design, code, test, and ship high-quality software enhancements and brand-new features.
Architect Systems: Help map out implementation design specifications, system flow diagrams, project timelines, and test suites.
Refine & Optimize: Continually review, optimize, and refine existing codebase and systems to ensure peak efficiency.
Bridge Tech & Business: Translate business goals into solid technical solutions by collaborating closely with key stakeholders.
Maintain Quality: Create clear operational and system-level documentation to keep our engineering ecosystem pristine.
Qualifications
6+ Years of Core Engineering Experience: A proven track record of architecting and delivering solid, reliable applications.
Core Tech Stack Proficiency:
Backend: Strong expertise in Java and Spring Web.
Database: Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
Cloud: Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
SDLC Mastery: Deep understanding of the entire software development lifecycle, design patterns, and modern testing frameworks.
Strong Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical ideas to both technical teammates and business owners clearly and confidently.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field.
