Key Responsibilities
Primary post-sale contact for new customers closed by Account Executives in North America and global SMB
Lead onboarding and implementation to ensure fast time-to-value
Drive product adoption and usage growth
Identify and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Support renewals and long-term customer retention
Does not manage enterprise accounts outside North America
Compensation (High Level)
OTE range: approximately USD $100k–$120k
Compensation split: ~75% base / 25% variable
Variable compensation driven primarily by expansion ARR, ongoing usage-based revenue growth, and gross revenue retention
