Our client is looking for a Solutions Designer - CRM and this hybrid contract role of 8 months which requires 3 days on-site in Toronto and 2 days remote. You will be responsible for designing accessible, scalable, and AODA-compliant applications while working alongside cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and support Salesforce CRM solutions tailored to stakeholder needs
• Ensure all digital deliverables meet AODA accessibility standards
• Develop system models, prototypes, and documentation (build books, runbooks, etc.)
• Perform fit-gap analysis and diagnostics for system integration and expansion
• Create secure, optimized integrations with internal applications using APIs/web services
• Lead root cause analysis and provide incident resolution in Dev and Production
• Implement Salesforce features like Dynamic Forms, OmniScripts, FlexCards, and DataRaptors
• Collaborate in Agile teams, manage story points, and contribute to sprint goals
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, and continuous improvement
• Assist with CI/CD pipeline implementations and troubleshooting Salesforce governor limits
• Provide knowledge transfer, performance measures, and training materials
Qualifications
Must Have
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, configuring, and supporting Salesforce
• Salesforce Certified:
• Platform Developer I
• OmniStudio Developer
• Experience Cloud Consultant
• Administrator
• 3+ years experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Proficiency in Salesforce Dynamic Forms
• Demonstrated experience delivering AODA-compliant solutions
• In-depth knowledge of Vlocity (FlexCards, DataRaptors, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures)
Nice to Have
🧠 Familiarity with MuleSoft and public sector solutions
🔧 CI/CD pipeline implementation in Salesforce environments
🔐 Understanding of Salesforce security settings, platform limitations, and governor limits
📊 Fit-gap analysis and experience integrating Salesforce with internal systems
