Responsibilities
Act as a trusted point of contact and generalist to respond to various requests from independent financial advisors via phone and email.
Support and guide business partners on the use of internal platforms, administrative procedures, compliance, and account management.
Collaborate daily with internal teams (operations, transfers, money movements, compliance) to ensure rigorous follow-up and efficiently close each file.
Actively participate in the transactional side by executing operations on financial markets (stocks, ETFs, bonds, mutual funds) and performing necessary foreign exchange (FX) currency conversions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and participate in integrating artificial intelligence tools (such as ChatGPT) to optimize daily work.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer service or operational support role, ideally within the financial services, banking, or brokerage industry.
Fluent and professional bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written, to communicate easily with a clientele spread across Canada.
Strong technological proficiency and an active curiosity toward digital tools and artificial intelligence.
Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or CSI certification is a major asset, but an open mind and strong learning potential are highly prioritized.
