Our client is looking for a Specialized IT Consultant for a contract role focusing on Oracle data masking using OEM, optimizing large-scale database systems, and ensuring alignment with best practices in data privacy and performance.

Responsibilities
•Execute Oracle data masking and sub-setting on production data copies using OEM tools
•Provide expert technical input on masking strategies and data privacy solutions
•Optimize Oracle Database 19c performance, particularly on Exadata platforms
•Write and maintain technical documentation, including architecture overviews and solution details
•Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, and test support in development cycles
•Ensure masking solutions align with audit and compliance standards
•Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, contributing to Agile processes and deliverables
•Support risk identification, planning, and knowledge transfer initiatives
Qualifications
•7+ years of experience with Oracle data masking and subsetting in large-scale environments
•Hands-on proficiency with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) Data Masking & Subsetting Pack
•Strong skills in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development
•Deep understanding of Oracle Database 19c, including Exadata optimization
•Familiarity with Oracle EBS, WebLogic, ASM/RAC, and Siebel (an asset)
•Experience addressing audit requirements through data masking techniques
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
•Comfortable working in Agile development environments and writing clear documentation
