Responsibilities
Lead the overall planning, governance, risk management, and execution of a multi-workstream platform onboarding and migration initiative.
Coordinate cross-functionally with compliance partners, executive directors, social media specialists, and internal marketing consultants to ensure seamless platform adoption and alignment.
Develop change management and enablement strategies to drive tool adoption across diverse user groups.
Prepare clear executive status reports, governance documentation, and decision frameworks for leadership updates.
Balance operational goals with strict regulatory and compliance requirements to ensure safe, scalable implementation.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of progressive program and project management experience overseeing complex, large-scale enterprise initiatives.
Platform Migration: Proven track record leading technology platform migrations, onboarding, or broader digital transformation projects.
Change Management: Demonstrated success supporting technology-enabled organizational change and user adoption.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on cross-team collaboration, strategic leadership, and executive reporting.
Regulatory Context (Nice-to-Have): Experience within financial institutions or other highly regulated environments is strongly preferred.
Social Media Tech (Nice-to-Have): Familiarity or prior experience with enterprise social media management tools.
Certifications (Nice-to-Have): Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
