Location: Nisku, Alberta
Pay Rate: $36.00/hr + $3.00/hr night differential (Earn up to $39.00/hr!)
Schedules:
Day Crew: Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM; Early Friday wrap-up (6:30 AM – 2:45 PM).
Night Crew: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM – 3:30 AM (Enjoy guaranteed 3-day weekends every week!).

Responsibilities
Flawless Welds: Execute multi-pass welds on heavy carbon steel columns, massive I-beams, and custom frames.
Strict Compliance: Deliver precision welds meeting exact blueprints, CWB codes, and rigorous quality checks.
Tech Mastery: Operate manual gear and modern robotic systems (we provide full automated training!).
Shop Synergy: Partner with fitters and crane operators to move heavy steel efficiently and safely.
Safety Leadership: Maintain a clean, safe bay while proactively spotting and removing floor hazards.
Qualifications
Trade Expertise: Journeyperson Welder certification is preferred, though top-tier apprentices are welcome.
Required Ticket: Active CWB FCAW (Flux-Cored) ticket for All Positions is mandatory—no exceptions.
Proven Experience: Background in heavy industrial fabrication, structural steel, or large manufacturing plants.
Strong Work Ethic: Reliable team player who takes pride in flawless craft and punctual attendance.
