🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (35 hours/week)

Responsibilities
Student Support & Guidance: Serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing clear information and directing them to the appropriate specialized resources.
- Platform Administration: Oversee academic management systems, including scheduling, exam coordination, activity tracking, and user access management.
- Academic Pathway Management: Process requests regarding academic progress and streamline the registration and enrollment process to ensure a seamless experience.
- Multimodal Academic Support: Provide dedicated follow-up and academic support to students across all learning formats, including on-site, virtual, and correspondence-based programs.
- Strategic Liaison: Act as a key bridge between students, faculty, administration, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Fluent Bilingualism (English & French): Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages are essential for daily interactions with students and partners located outside of Quebec.
- Proven Experience: A minimum of one year of relevant experience in customer service, office administration, or a similar professional environment.
- Tech-Savviness: High digital literacy with the ability to navigate complex software systems and work efficiently within a multi-screen environment.
- Professional Excellence: A logical mindset, strong autonomy, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct.
- Priority Management: Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
