Responsibilities
Update and maintain customer data in the CRM / ERP system (Epicor)
Provide customer service support for routine inquiries
Process and track orders
Maintain customer service training records and standard operating procedures
Provide administrative support to the Department Director
Sales and Internal Coordination
Manage and update commercial documents (contracts, technical datasheets, promotions)
Distribute and maintain price lists and discount schedules
Finalize and follow up on quotes / proposals
Track customer accounts and handle internal requests (production, logistics)
Act as the primary operational liaison between Finance,
Administration, Production, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams.
Monitor project timelines, cross-departmental deliverables, and process flows to ensure operational goals are met efficiently.
Facilitate clear communication and collaborate closely with customer relations, sales, and technical/insulation teams.
Ensure coordination between sales, customer relations, shipping/transportation, production, and accounting
Monitor product inventory for the construction division
Provide administrative support to the Sales Director
Qualifications
College diploma (DEC, DEP, or AEC) in administration or a related field
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar administrative role
Major asset: Experience in the construction industry
Technical Skills
English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written
Experience with an ERP and CRM system (Epicor is an asset)
Personal Skills
Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Autonomy, thoroughness, and strong prioritization skills
Team spirit and strong collaborative ability
Ease in working collaboratively with customer relations teams as well as insulation / construction teams
