Responsibilities
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to uphold distribution and logistics service quality standards.
• Facilitate informed decision-making through data analysis.
• Drive enhancements in distribution, logistics, and planning performance across USA and Canada.
• Ensure adherence to defined processes and Ways of Working (WoW) in collaboration with other organizational departments.
• Meet logistics and planning commitments within designated timelines.
• Define Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and monitor performance metrics.
• Compile and present high-level reports to management, providing insights into project progress and activities.
• Proactively identify and escalate concerns as needed.
• Track project budgets to ensure financial alignment.
• Support supply chain planning activities, including scenario planning, risk assessment, and master data management.
• Develop user-friendly reports to facilitate decision-making processes.
• Transform raw data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and collaborate with the Information Technology Department (IDT) on implementation strategies.
• Lead productivity initiatives and cost reduction efforts, from ideation to full implementation.
• Guide external providers and internal stakeholders towards alignment with company objectives.
• Advocate for decisions that benefit the company's overall strategic objectives.
• Enhance service levels within the supply chain to meet the needs of key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution.
At least 3 years of experience in FMCGs or consumer supply chain management, overseeing planning processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint, PowerBI and SAP.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required due to regular communication with internal and external stakeholders across Canada and internationally.
