Responsibilities
Your main tasks will be:
Diagnose and resolve the most complex infrastructure problems affecting our clients.
Master a wide range of technologies to ensure system stability, performance, and security.
Actively participate in virtualization, cloud migration (Microsoft 365, Azure), and infrastructure redesign projects.
Act as a proactive troubleshooter, take the initiative, and develop sustainable solutions to prevent recurring issues.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following technical knowledge:
•5 years minimum experience as a senior IT technician in a Microsoft environment;
•DEC in IT or equivalent experience
•In-depth knowledge of M365
•Advanced knowledge of Azure solutions
•Knowledge of Windows server, Exchange, VMware, Veeam, Active Directory, GPO
•Networking knowledge (firewall, VLAN, DNS, DHCP)
