Responsibilities
Strategic Reporting & Insights: Deliver weekly and monthly dashboards and operational updates. Ensure all outputs highlight key trends and actions for senior executive consumption.
Project Coordination: Track business initiatives, milestones, and dependencies. Maintain rigorous action tracking to drive accountability and progress across the QMA portfolio.
Financial & Resource Management: Manage project and team financials. Oversee resource forecasting, hiring administration, and timesheet governance within Clarity.
Engagement & Meeting Management: Own the structure and logistics for monthly team meetings and recurring business reviews. Lead the preparation of high-impact materials for annual QMA Townhalls.
Process Improvement: Document workflows and implement efficient practices to maintain data integrity and version control across all quantitative projects.
Qualifications
Experience: Ideally 5+ years in a Technology Project Management role, specifically within Financial Services (Investment Banking, Hedge Funds, or Asset Management).
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial products and quantitative modeling, specifically across FICC business lines.
Technical Mastery: * Advanced Excel: (Pivots, lookups, data cleaning; Macros are a significant plus).
Executive PowerPoint: Proven ability to create polished, board-ready presentations.
Data Tools: Familiarity with Tableau or PowerBI, and basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or GenAI tools.
Project Tools: Direct experience with Jira, Confluence, and Clarity.
Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a focus on technical report writing and executive-level summaries.
Education: A background in Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field is highly preferred.
