Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position:
• Assist and support the account manager on their team;
• Play a central role in drafting and updating documentation;
• Create and update client accounts and documents;
• Analyze insurance policies (if certified);
• Process transaction invoices;
• Oversee the issuance, modification, and cancellation of policies according to established procedures;
• Support, mentor, and perform tasks specific to their team.
Qualifications
• You have secretarial training (AEC or DEP), an asset;
• You have over 2 years of relevant professional experience (in Canada);
• You are certified in commercial property and casualty insurance by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), an asset;
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.);
• You have excellent organizational skills;
• You have strong communication and writing skills;
• You are autonomous, resourceful, and possess a high level of professional ethics;
• You are a team player and enjoy fostering collaboration.
Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (oral and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to:
-communicate with English-speaking clients/partners/employees located outside Quebec on a daily basis
-work on client projects, products or deliverables that are required to be delivered to clients in English
