Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 days/week on-site)
Position Type: 6-Month Contract (Potential for extension or permanent conversion based on performance and business needs)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate $42.42

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding flows and track candidate progress through the operational lifecycle.
Review technical resumes to match candidate skills and qualifications directly against specific project requirements.
Maintain and update data entry files, demand logs, and tracking sheets with high precision.
Liaise daily with external vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve onboarding roadblocks and streamline communications.
Prioritize and organize high-volume administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Participate in daily operational and stakeholder alignment meetings (approx. 2 hours/day).
Qualifications
Education: Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
Technical Recruitment Experience: 2–4 years evaluating IT/technical resumes and matching candidate skill sets to job requirements.
Administrative Background: 2–4 years of experience managing structured administrative workflows and accurate data entry.
Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Key Traits: High assertiveness and confidence in decision-making, exceptional organizational skills, and a flexible, positive attitude toward evolving day-to-day priorities.
