Responsibilities
•Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance for corporate roles
•Execute high-volume recruitment campaigns
•Review and assess high volumes of applications to identify qualified candidates efficiently
•Conduct virtual screen calls and evaluate candidate fit against role requirements
•Proactively source active and passive candidates when applicant pipelines are insufficient
•Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume hiring needs
•Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, provide candidate updates, and maintain hiring momentum
•Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring targets and timelines
•Ensure recruitment activities follow established processes, policies, and data integrity standards
•Leverage Workday, sourcing platforms, and AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve recruiter productivity and hiring outcomes
•Deliver an efficient, responsive, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications
•Full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in professional services, financial services, or banking environments hiring for corporate roles, with strong knowledge of the Canadian talent market, including Quebec
•Ability to manage recruitment campaigns involving multiple requisitions and coordinated start dates
•Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities
•Able to work quickly while delivering a strong candidate experience and reducing time to fill
•Adaptable and responsive to client feedback in a fast-paced environment
•Strong execution skills, including high-volume résumé screening, scheduling, and screening interviews
•Proven sourcing skills, including identifying and engaging passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles
•Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring managers and manage expectations
•Experience using Workday, recruitment technologies, and AI-powered digital tools to improve efficiency
•Strong focus on process, compliance, and data integrity
•Prefers Bilingual recruiter(English/French) based out of Toronto
