Location: Montreal (East – easily accessible, close to Viau metro station)
Contract Dates: July 2 & 3, 2026, and August 17 to 31, 2026
Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Salary: $25.00 to $27.00 / hour (based on experience)

We are looking for a dynamic and professional individual to manage our front desk during two specific coverage periods. This is the perfect opportunity to showcase your customer service skills in a structured and engaging office environment.
Advantages
Pay: Between $ 25.00 and $ 27.00 per hour.
Accessibility: Located in East Montreal, close to Viau metro station.
Stable Schedule: Standard day shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
Front Desk Reception: Greet visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
Switchboard Management: Screen and route incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
Mail Management: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Administrative Support: Perform light clerical tasks to support the team.
Qualifications
Experience: Prior experience at a reception desk or in a corporate customer service role.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, polite demeanor, and a professional presentation.
Bilingualism: Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
Availability: Must be fully available for both sets of dates (July 2–3 and August 17–31, 2026).
