Operating remotely within Manitoba, Canada, the Territory Sales Manager is directly responsible for driving B2B sales performance and executing strategic sales initiatives. Your primary objective will be to achieve sustainable growth and continuously enhance customer satisfaction within already established customer accounts in Manitoba.

Responsibilities
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers and end users.
- Develop and expand the customer base by demonstrating tailored products, services, and technical solutions.
- Execute territory sales strategies to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across all product lines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, deliver exceptional customer service, and strengthen customer retention by proactively addressing competitive pressures.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve customer challenges, and collaborate with management to capitalize on sales opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.
- Monitor and communicate competitive market intelligence to internal stakeholders while maintaining accurate, up-to-date sales reports, forecasts, and customer records.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales and customer-facing experience ideally within agriculture
- Post secondary education required - Bachelor's degree in Business or Agriculture is considered an asset
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think quickly on your feet and a great problem-solver
- Must be ok with travelling within Manitoba to manage customer relationships
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record as well as a clear criminal background check
