Are you a coordination pro—dynamic and known for your exceptional organizational skills? We are looking for a Training Coordinator to orchestrate our training activities while actively contributing to the company's growth and reputation.

Hybrid arrangement: 4 days remote, 1 day in-office (as required)
35 hours/week; flexible schedule:
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, or 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Located in Ville Saint-Laurent
Salary: $60k–$80k+; annual bonus potential

Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities
Training management and coordination
Plan, coordinate, and organize training sessions (both virtual and in-person), manage registrations, and maintain the schedule.
Attend training sessions to ensure smooth operations and provide support to both trainers and participants.
Prepare documentation, issue certificates, handle administrative follow-ups, and maintain accreditations with authorized bodies.
Compile participant evaluations and propose areas for improvement to uphold high quality standards.
Deliver excellent customer service, keep the CRM database up to date, and participate in client retention initiatives.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, symposiums, and networking events, and follow up with contacts made.
Assist in preparing presentations and promotional materials, as well as producing performance reports and statistics.
Qualifications
Strong oral and written communication skills, particularly excellent written French
Good English proficiency, as the role involves daily communication with English-speaking bodies and experts outside Quebec (especially in Ontario)
Experience in a similar role
College Diploma (DEC) in Administrative Techniques or Secretarial Studies
(an asset)
Experience in property and casualty insurance is a major asset
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to prioritize tasks
Autonomous, team-oriented, detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and organized
Ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills
A vehicle is required for travel between Quebec City and Montreal
